The only thing theyll be concerned about casinos are no longer bannednothing more. If a player is found to have perpetrated a scam, s/he may: Saying that 'casinos are okay, as long as you dont do that' is not exactly going to stop players from doing that. Running a casino (invite others to bet a pre-determined amount of gold, use the "/random" command, and if the "roll" is within certain parameters, lose their money or gain winnings).Acquiring items or any other "possessions" from another player through misinformation, confusion, or fraud (Scamming).Searching the Blizzard Support database on the EU side with the word "casino" yields this result: Actually, Blizzard's current policy on casinos (found here) is that you can operate or participate in them, but you can't advertise them in any form in the game or on their forums.
