Most of the food spots were closed and only 3-4 places were open with very little choices. The SECOND fail is the lack of places to eat. When I mentioned to the rep I heard there was a room credit being g issued she THEN says “oh yes, we will waive the resort fees” (which was only $32). When I finally made it to the desk to check in I asked if there was anything g being offered to the guest to compensate for this inconvenience and was told No. I know it’s no ones fault when the computers are down but the lack of communication and willingness to help out gave this hotel a solid NO for me on ever returning again. Finally after a few guest in line became very vocal about their lack of plan, did they send out a few reps to check guest in. The focus was more on checking in the Black Card Members. They opted to just hand out water to those of us who stood in line for more than 2hrs. Upon checking in the system was down and Management failed to communicate to the guest what was going on. The hotel is beautiful but the customer service is a FAIL.
